Incident Updates
RESOLVED
Network-based attack on Ingress
Updates
- RESOLVED
Mitigation measures remain active.
- MONITORING
We are continuing to monitor the situation. Mitigation measures remain active. All services are stable at the moment.
- MONITORING
The large-scale DDoS attacks are still ongoing. Our mitigation measures remain in place, and we are continuously working to stabilize the affected systems while closely monitoring traffic patterns.
- MONITORING
We are currently mitigating a DDoS attack (TCP SYN flood) targeting our infrastructure. Network-level filtering is active to separate malicious traffic from legitimate requests. Due to the ongoing mitigation, some legitimate requests may be temporarily blocked as false positives. This can result in failed TLS handshakes, connection resets, or intermittent timeouts. Browser-based navigation requests are more resilient, as browsers may automatically retry failed connections. However, users may still occasionally encounter connection errors. API calls, health checks, and automated systems without retry mechanisms may experience temporary errors.
We are actively working to stabilize the situation
- MONITORING
We are currently still facing large-scale DDoS attacks and are actively working to defend against them. Due to the scale of these attacks, the server’s network cards are affected, and simply blocking the traffic is not sufficient. Mitigation is in place, and we are continuously monitoring traffic patterns and system stability.
- MONITORING
We have identified the issue, applied mitigation measures, and are continuing to monitor the situation.
- IDENTIFIED
We are currently experiencing a network-based attack targeting our ingress load balancer. Investigation is ongoing.
- RESOLVED
Mitigated.
- INVESTIGATING
We are experiencing a network-based attack targeting our ingress load balancer. Still working on it.
